under the laws of the Dominican Republic. If you are from outside of the Dominican
Republic, please consult the laws of your country as to the legality of using our
services.
The principal business of LatinasInLove.com is to provide personal photo-taking
and photo-viewing services, as well as cataloging and organizing photos of its members.
The majority of membership packages allow viewing of additional photos
of its members, but do not include contact services.
LatinasInLove.com prohibits use of nude photos or photos of indecent, offensive
or pornographic nature on its web site.
LatinasInLove.com also provides dating services for Dominican Republic citizens
or residents(which includes a large international community that resides in
the Dominican Republic) and other individuals from around the world.
LatinasInLove.com charges comparable rates to all individuals it serves regardless
of the gender, country of citizenship, or residence of the individual.
No one under the age of 18 can use the services of LatinasInLove.com. For Dominican
Republic citizens or residents proof of age (copy of Cedula) is mandatory.
Latin Affairs protects the rights of Dominican Republic citizens or residents by
providing them with information regarding the laws of foreign countries in respect
to domestic violence and spousal abuse.
Latin Affairs will provide Dominican Republic citizens or residents, upon request,
with information obtained through a signed declaration and the search
of public records of foreign countries with regard to the criminal records
of foreign individuals.
Such information is provided FREE OF CHARGE to Dominican Republic citizens or residents
in the language of their choce.
Most of the Dominican members of LatinasInLove have limited or no access to the
Internet. The Mail Service is virtually nonexistent in the Dominican Republic. Due
to these logistical limitations, the “Express Interest” is for entertainment use
only.
Latin Affairs Terms of Use Agreement
Welcome to Latin Affairs. You must read and agree to the terms of use agreement
before using our website and services. Please read the agreement carefully. By using
our website and services, you are agreeing to our terms. Please be aware that our
terms of use agreement may change at any time, so please check back often. Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website and/or
services, you warrant that you are indeed 18 years of age and are a legal adult
in the area in which you live. If you are under the age of 18, you agree that you
have the permission of both your parents before using our website. Latin Affairs
always reserves the right to who may or may not participate in our program. Property
Rights of Latin Affairs Latin Affairs owns and reserves the rights to all content
of this website and all promotional materials, ads, and logos which are created
for the sole use of Latin Affairs. We reserve the right to publish the photos to
our website that are sent to us by the members and/or other people that use our
website. None of the contents of this website or our promotional materials, such
as our logos or our photo CD, may be reproduced, published, sent, copied, modified,
or changed, used for business purposes of any kind, without the expressed written
consent of Latin Affairs. Any other use of Latin Affairs other than its intended
use, is strictly prohibited by law. If any member is caught breaking our Terms of
Use Agreement, his or her membership may be cancelled and no refund will be given.
Release for Photos
I understand that Latin Affairs, its assigns, licenses, and legal representatives
have the irrevocable right to use my name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait,
or photograph in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or
distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes,
and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version (s), including
written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I am of full age or have
the consent of my parents. By using the website Latin Affairs, I confirm that I
have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents.
Profiles of Members
We cannot guarantee that the information our members give us is correct. You may
find profiles on the site to be offensive or inaccurate. We do our best to post
accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that people won't lie to us, and therefore,
we can't guarantee that all the profiles are 100% correct. We also do not allow
nude photos on our website. If you would like your profile removed from our site,
you agree to send us an email or fax asking us to remove your profile from our website.
We will remove your page as soon as possible and send you a letter back to confirm
that it has been done
